Building a Sustainable Future in Bethany
Noyes Development Presents Luxury Creekside at Westview
Established in 1993 by Peter Noyes, Noyes Development has a stellar reputation in the Portland metro area for building premier neighborhoods that integrate sustainable technologies.
The Creekside at Westview is their new community located in Bethany, just west of Portland that marries everyday luxury with high performance green living. With four outstanding certifications — Zero Energy Ready Home, Earth Advantage Platinum, ENERGY STAR and Indoor airPLUS it is an aspirational example of green home design.
The project began in May 2024 and wrapped up the completion of 64 homes in August 2025. The neighborhood features two story floor plans with up to five bedrooms, three and a half baths and a two car garage. With 32 floor plans to choose from, Noyes Development encourages personalization through their custom home design studio.
Noyes Development takes pride in being locally owned and operated. They handle architecture to detailing under one roof while implementing advanced building science and maintaining a commitment to sustainable construction.
A Quality Community
Creekside at Westview resides inside Bethany, a highly coveted neighborhood within the Portland metropolitan area. The charming Bethany Village serves as the central hub to the community. It hosts restaurants, shopping and seasonal events like summer concerts and a Christmas tree lighting. The neighborhood also boasts accessibility to the 5,200-acre Forest Park that has over 80 miles of trails and towering trees.
This neighborhood is appealing to diverse buyer types including families with school-age children, working professionals in the Silicon Forest tech corridor, move up buyers and those who value sustainability and energy efficiency.
The Creekside at Westview is an example of intentionality within environment design. Situated close to a school, a new crosswalk and safety signage were voluntarily installed, aiming to create a safe and seamless path for children to get to school. The desirable location is just the backdrop from what lies inside the homes at Creekside at Westview.
Luxury Living
The founding ethos of this community is the commitment for a sustainable future and healthy home. It is in the details of the design elements that complete a thoughtful and inviting environment. At Creekside at Westview, durable Pabco roofing and James Hardie siding were chosen to withstand the wet, mild climate of the Pacific Northwest, with a goal to reduce exterior upkeep and maintain curb appeal over time. The open-concept floor plans maximize natural light and air flow. Milgard high-performance windows offer a serene atmosphere while reducing heating and cooling needs. Additionally, the adaptable bonus rooms can serve as a den, office or suite space to enable for remote work, multigenerational living and flexible family demands.
The airy aesthetic is complemented by elegant Crestwood Cabinets with custom hardware choices. The spa-inspired bathrooms feature Maax walk-in showers, freestanding tubs and satin nickel or matte black Delta faucet fixtures. Eco-friendly low-VOC Sherwin Williams paint finishes each home and supports healthier indoor air. The semi-covered outdoor living areas are coveted for nature enthusiast buyers and encourage year round enjoyment.
Sustainable Performance
Noyes Development prioritizes healthy indoor environments through forward and detailed oriented construction. Every home is certified Earth Advantage Platinum, the highest level of certification for sustainable homes in the Pacific Northwest.
The homes are also certified Department of Energy (DOE) Zero Energy Ready Homes. Advanced framing methods play a large part in this. By using 24-inch-on-center spacing and raised-heel energy trusses to improve energy efficiency, structural performance and insulation coverage.
Mitsubishi HVAC systems and heat pumps alongside Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) are designed and installed for optimal energy performance. Airtight construction with AeroBarrier sealing achieving an ACH50 of 1.0 or lower to significantly reduce drafts, minimize energy loss and enhance indoor comfort to EPA Indoor airPLUS certification standards.
LED lighting and ENERGY STAR-rated Kitchenaid appliances contribute to the energy-saving priority of the home. All of the homes are all Silfab solar installation ready, giving future homeowners an entryway toward expanding their eco conscious lifestyle.
A Choice for a Sustainable Future
The Creekside at Westview is more than a development, it’s a choice to begin an elevated lifestyle. “Together, these design elements make Creekside at Westview stand out as a community where every detail—inside and out—has been carefully considered to create homes that are both elegant and livable,” said Alex Vidal, the Marketing Coordinator for Noyes Development.
