LEED + WELL crosswalk updated for LEED v5
The updated LEED + WELL crosswalk now includes one- and two-way achievement options between credits, streamlining dual certification for building projects under LEED v5 and WELL v2. It allows project teams to use documentation from one certification to fulfill requirements in the other, particularly emphasizing occupant health, environmental quality and community well-being. New synergies include shared pathways for indoor environmental quality, outdoor heat management and transportation access.
