The 700,000th Certified NGBS Green Home
Home Innovation Research Labs recently reached the certification of the 700,000th green home to the National Green Building Standard (NGBS).The celebrated 700,000th certified project is Linden Grove Senior Residences in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The complex offers 153 high-quality and affordable senior apartments from an old parking lot.
This project exemplifies what Home Innovation stands for— finding and creating green solutions for everyday life. It was developed by Blue Sea Development Company and Gilbane Development and built with modular construction by RCM Groupe.
