The ABC Green Home 4.0
The ABC Green Home Project is a series of four net-zero demonstration homes designed to prove that high-performance, sustainable houses can be Affordable, Buildable and Certified. These homes—ranging from the Solar Decathlon entry in Irvine to the LEED Platinum net-zero “4.0” in Crestline—serve as real-world classrooms showcasing advanced indoor air quality, energy efficiency and wellness-focused design. Over the years, the project has garnered significant recognition, including a Gold Nugget Grand Award for zero-energy design and 15-plus awards for green interior and sustainable home innovation.
