Tri Pointe Homes announces LIVINGWELL

Tri Pointe Homes introduces LivingWell™, a new whole-home wellness initiative and the next evolution of its long-standing LivingSmart® sustainability platform.

The initiative is implemented through a fully merchandised model home currently under construction at The Pavilions at Holladay Hills in Utah. The project is intended to serve as a design-forward prototype for how wellness-driven ideas could influence homes and communities across its divisions nationwide. For this project, Tri Pointe gathered a stellar team with interior design led by Emmy-winning TV host and author Bobby Berk and architecture by Bassenian Lagoni Architects.

LivingWell takes the initiative of building holistically, integrating architecture, interiors, landscape, and building systems to shape how people experience their homes day to day. The whole-home wellness design includes natural light strategies, intuitive circulation, adaptable living spaces, and strong indoor-outdoor connections. To enhance building performance techniques use advanced framing, HRV ventilation, duct sealing, upgraded insulation, high-efficiency mechanical system all to receive a projected HERS score of 59. The project also prioritizes air quality and comfort with heat recovery ventilator system, MERV 13 filtration, whole-home humidifier and low-VOC materials.

Homes are expected to be approximately 7,772 square feet across three stories, with six-bedrooms, nine-bathrooms and a four-bay garage, including a carriage home above the garage for guests or multigenerational living.

“The LivingWell model home brings Tri Pointe’s vision for whole-home wellness to life in one of Utah’s most desirable locations,” said Ken Krivanec, division president of Tri Pointe Homes Utah and Washington. “We’re remaining true to Tri Pointe’s long-standing reputation for delivering premium homes rooted in thoughtful design and connection to place, but LivingWell takes it another step further. As we continue expanding in Utah, LivingWell will demonstrate how light, landscape, and wellness- driven spaces can create restorative environments that represent the future of living here.”
