EEBA Announces 2026 Board of Directors
The Energy and Environment Building Alliance (EEBA) announced their 2026 Board of Directors. Their leadership continues the organization’s mission to advance high-performance, healthy and resilient homes.The 2026 President is Karen Kicinski, Marketing Director and Co-Owner of LifeStyle Homes.
Karen Kicinski passion for high-performance building and experience building in hot-humid climates reflects the core values of the EEBA. “As President, Karen will work closely with EEBA staff and the Board to support the organization’s strategic vision, strengthen industry partnerships, and expand networking opportunities for builders, contractors, raters, designers, and other housing professionals committed to high-performance homes,” stated the EEBA.
Serving as First Vice President in 2026 is Mike Frey, Vice President of Noyes Development Co. As First Vice President, he will support EEBA strategic direction and builder-focused initiatives.
Serving as Second Vice President in 2026 is Andrew Guido. In his role as Second Vice President, Andrew will help advance EEBA’s impact across diverse markets and regions.
EEBA also welcomes two new members to the Board of Directors including Megan Cordes, Director of Sustainability and Building Science at Beazer Homes and Chad Eby, Director of Sustainability at Taylor Morrison.
