KB Home announces new Florida community, Sebastian Oaks
KB Home opened Sebastian Oaks, a new community in St. Augustin, Fla., on Oct. 15, 2026, featuring one- to two-story floor plans with up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The homes are designed for contemporary living, with modern kitchens overlooking large great rooms, expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets and lofts. In true KB Homes fashion, the Sebastian Oaks residences are ENERGY STAR certified.
