Q & A with Michelle Foster of NGBS Green
NABH sat down with Michelle Foster, the Vice President of Sustainability at NGBS Green. She provides insight on the green certification program, what sets it apart, and its future. Foster’s background at Fannie Mae focused on Green solutions like selling home energy savings as carbon credits. Under her leadership, NGBS Green is nearing a remarkable milestone of 700,000 certifications. She emphasizes that what stands NGBS Green apart from other certifications is their extensive inspections and third-party verification.
