KB Home announces Tampa division President
KB Home, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, named Casey Dare the President of its Tampa Division.
Dale, with a 10 year tenure at KB Home, will lead the division’s land acquisition, construction, sales and customer service.
The company’s presence in the Tampa area goes back over two decades, with its first community released in 2002. Dale will orchestrate KB’s four new communities opening in the region this year.
“Casey brings an exceptional depth and breadth of experience to our Tampa division, executing on KB Home’s distinctive customer-centric business model,” said Vince DePorre, KB Home’s East Region President. “We are excited to have him extend his outstanding career at KB Home by leading the strategic growth of our Tampa operations.”
