Green Project of the Week: Liberty Park Community
Living Zenith and Redfish Builders’ Liberty Park Community will feature modern design blended with an eco-friendly lifestyle. The first in a series of net-zero communities, the project is being designed with sustainable features amidst a walkable, luxury neighborhood. Living Zenith’s minimalist architecture will complement the on-site solar, renewable cedar, recycled steel and reclaimed artistic finishes.
Inspired by award-winning engineering, Liberty Park Community’s smart homes will combine the best aspects of Passivehaus, LEED-certified, and net-zero designs.
The neighborhood’s location was chosen for its convenience and abundant entertainment options. The sustainable project will offer residents nearby entertainment of shopping, dining and community with neighbors.
