KB Home opens two new California communities
KB Home announced the opening of The Landing and The Meadows, two new communities within the Cypress Ranch master plan in Oakley, Calif. Priced from the low $600,000s, the single-family detached homes range from one to two stories, with six bedrooms and three bathrooms. The homes are engineered to be ENERGY STAR certified.
