KB Home opens Lakeside Bluffs in Washington
KB Home announced the opening of Lakeside Bluffs, a new community offering personalized townhomes in Lake Stevens, Wash. The three-story townhomes have up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, with prices beginning in the $490,000s. Like all KB Homes, the townhomes are designed to be ENERGY STAR certified, engineered to be highly energy- and water-efficient and include features that support healthier indoor environments.
KB Home’s latest project is designed for contemporary living, with modern kitchens overlooking large great rooms, expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets, two-car garages and ground-floor bedrooms or dens.
“With Lakeside Bluffs, we’re bringing a new townhome community to a prime Lake Stevens location with lake views,” said Ryan Kemp, President of KB Home’s Seattle division. “The new community is walking distance to highly rated schools and close to boating, fishing and swimming at Lake Stevens.”
